Feature Project: Ravenridge

AMP Structures have been appointed to provide structural engineering services on this iconic new-build residential property.

Located in one of the most sought-after boroughs in the country, this outstanding design boasts a detached guest house, a floating office, “hobbit hole”, sunken buildings and even a hydroponics lab.

Working with Gibberd Architects, AMP Structures are honoured to be handed the task of forming a structural solution to achieve this marvel. Appointed at RIBA Stage 5, with a new design team, AMP Structures have taken this back to the drawing board and are working to make this a much more buildable project whilst reducing the construction cost in the process – All without impacting the architectural design.

This was also a fantastic opportunity to join up with trusted partners, BC Structural, allowing us to collaborate and use our combined experience and abilities in order to reach an elegant structural solution.

This project is a true highlight in our project portfolio and one we are looking forward to delivering to the client when complete.
