This client had purchased a bungalow in a Cotswold village with masses of potential, including an enormous loft space.
AMP helped developed a phased structural scheme including a single storey extension, removal of all internal walls, installation of a new internal steel frame and large dormer loft conversion. All designed to allow the client to carry out individual parts of the build across a number of years.
