This extensive refurbishment and basement extension project came about from a desire to convert 10 HMO flats back into a single dwelling.
Much of the existing internal structure was stripped out, and the basement was deepened and extended across the footprint of the new house above.
Working with the architects, attention to detail was essential on this project. We even introduced some innovative “bed decks” in some unused loft space for the occasional child’s sleepover.
