The Dusty Knuckle charity takes young offenders and teaches them commercial baking skills in working high street bakeries. AMP were delighted to assist with the opening of a second North London bakery for the charity including the removal of various internal walls with structure installed over.
AMP provided structural design and assistance during the build prioritising low-cost solutions for a client with a limited budget. We are proud to be associated with a body carrying out essential rehabilitation work of this nature and producers of such fantastic pastries!
